For prearranged airport pickups please make sure that AAA Black Cab has your full name, date and time of arrival and flight number ahead of time.

These are the following instructions to get to the "Prearranged Pick Up Area" at the airport:

Once you land:

• Call the office at: 905-636-0555 or 1-855-636-0555 
• Pick up your luggage
• Clear customs
• Proceed to "Prearranged Limousine Area"
• Terminal 1 is door "B"
• Terminal 3 is "Post 29"
• Ask the commissionaire to page AAA BLACK CAB

Airport Return Policy:

Please make sure any pre arranged reservations from the airport have to be through the office. Please do not make any return payments to the drivers. If done so, AAA Black Cab will not be responsible for any inconvenience that occurs.
